This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings and orders made through the Nudge mobile application (the "Service") operated by Nudge ("us", "we", or "our").
Cancellation Eligibility
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. To cancel a booking or order, please ensure the following:
1. You have contacted our customer support team at least 6 hours before the scheduled delivery or appointment time.
2. The cancellation request is made within the applicable cancellation window specified for each service or booking.
Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at connect@nodexdata.com . Our team will assist you in processing your cancellation and may require additional information to complete the process.
If your cancellation request is submitted within the specified timeframe and meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the cancellation and provide confirmation to you via email or through the app.
Late Cancellations
Please note that cancellations made outside of the specified cancellation window may be subject to a cancellation fee or penalty. These fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of booking or order confirmation.
Refunds for Cancelled Bookings or Orders
If your cancellation results in a refundable amount, we will initiate the refund to the original method of payment within 4-5 days. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Nudge believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Nudge does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Nudge , it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
